摘 要:目的探讨三明治教学法在中医护理技术教学中的应用效果。方法选取2013级94名护理本科生,采用三明治教学法进行中医护理技术实践教学,应用学生课堂参与度观察表测评学生的课堂参与度;课程结束后发放调查问卷了解学生对三明治教学法的认可程度;并与采用传统教学方法的2012级90名学生进行考核成绩对比。结果三明治教学法中,78.7%的学生主动参与课堂讨论,88.3%的学生表示愿意继续采用此种教学法。三明治教学法组学生的理论和操作考核成绩均高于传统教学组学生(P<0.05)。结论在中医护理技术教学中应用三明治教学法,调动了学生的课堂参与度,拓宽了培养学生综合能力的途径,也对教师的能力提出了更高的要求。Objective To explore the effects of "sandwich" teaching method applied in the Chinese Medicine Nursing Techniques.Methods 94 nursing undergraduates of 2013 were selected as candidates involved in sandwich teaching method group to learn Chinese Medicine Nursing Techniques.The class participation level was observed and assessed through "participation evaluation tool".Participants' acknowledgement of sandwich teaching was also evaluated through self-developed questionnaire.Their final examination performances were compared with 90 nursing undergraduates of 2012 who were taught by traditional teaching method.Results By using Sandwich teaching method,78.7% participants participated in the discussion actively.88.3% of them accepted sandwich teaching method in the future classes.The examination scores of "sandwich" group was higher than traditional teaching method group(P〈0.05).Conclusion Sandwich teaching method is an effective teaching method which can improve students' class participation,broaden the ways of cultivating students' comprehensive abilities.Meanwhile,it required a relative high level of teachers' competencies.
