摘　　要："双创型"人才培养是以培养学生的素质为根本,并在其中融入创新创业意识和能力的新型的培养模式,是符合我国经济发展和推进改革开放的需要。校企合作的"双创型"人才培养是现阶段培养高素质技能型人才的一个必要的途径,是促进高职院校提升自身办学特色的一种重要动力,是促进理论与实践相结合的最佳方式。文章从现阶段的高职院校在校企合作中的"双创型"人才培养进行分析,探讨现代化的人才的创新培养方式。The ＂double creation type＂ talents training is based on cultivating students＇ quality, and integrated into the awareness of innovation and entrepreneurial ability in the new training mode, is in line with the needs of Chinese economic development and promote the reform and opening up. School enterprise cooperation ＂double creation type＂ talent cultivation is the cultivation of hlgh-quality talents is a necessary way to promote an important driving force of universities to enhance their own school characteristics, is the best way to promote the combination of theory and practice. This paper from the current university in the cooperation of ＂double creation type＂ training analysis, innovation of modern talent cultivation mode.
