摘  要:该文首先阐述了在线课程教学前提下学生个性成长目标设定,接下来分析了在线课程教学评价系统的构建技术,并在此基础上探索在线课程教学对学生个性成长促进作用的质量评价。文中重点探讨构建在线质量评价系统的方法,整理出系统构建的基本流程,帮助提升在线课程教学质量,促进最终的教学评价任务得到高效开展,为学生的个性成长创造空间。This paper first expounds the goal setting of students' personality growth under the premise of online teaching, then ana-lyzes the construction technology of online course teaching evaluation system, and explores the quality evaluation of online courseteaching to promote the growth of students' personality. This paper focuses on the method of constructing online quality evaluationsystem, collating the basic process of system construction, helping to improve online teaching quality, promoting the ultimate teach-ing evaluation task to carry out effectively, and creating space for students' personality growth.
