摘　　要：目的采用系统评价和荟萃（Meta）分析综合评价护理学专业本科生人文关怀能力的影响因素。方法在维普、万方、中国知网三大中文数据库检索相关文献，检索时间为建库至2017年6月，经筛选最终纳入11篇文献，采用CMA3．0软件进行分析。结果专业思想状况、关怀实践活动和关怀体验是护理学专业本科生人文关怀能力的影响因素，而人口学特征对人文关怀能力的影响无显著意义。结论护理学专业本科生人文关怀能力受多方面因素影响，但现有原始研究数量较少，各研究变量不统一，还需更多高质量的研究予以验证。Objective To evaluate the factors related to humanistic care of nursing undergraduates by systematic review and meta analysis. Methods Many kinds of databases were searched according to the same criteria up to June, 2017. A total of 11 articles were retrieved through comprehensive searching. The data were analyzed by CMA 3.0 software. Results Professional attitude, practice and experience of humanistic care were significantly related to humanistic care among nursing undergraduate. The effect of demographic characteristics was not significant. Conclusions Humanistic care of undergraduate nursing students is affected by many factors. There is a small amount of original studies and the variables of each research are not completely consistent. Further more high-quality studies still need to be conducted.
