摘  要:同伴互助学习(peer-assisted learning,PAL)有利于培养学生自主学习能力与教学能力,提高学习成绩,改善沟通技巧,有效控制教学成本,因而在医学教育教学领域得到了广泛应用。本文介绍了PAL的涵义、特点、模型设计及应用,分析了PAL的优缺点,并对其应用前景进行了展望,以期为我国高等医学院校开展PAL教学提供参考。Peer-assisted learning (PAL) is helpful to cultivate students' Self-directed learning ability and teaching ability, improve their academic performance, improve communication skills and effective control of teaching cost, and it is widely used in medical education teaching field. This paper introduces the definition, characteristics, model design, and application of PAL, and also analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of a PAL, and prospects its application prospects in order to provide a reference for PAL teaching in higher medical colleges and universities in China.
