摘　　要：从职业精神关涉的对象来看,职业精神包含三个层次,体现了从业者对职业、对个人承担职业工作以及基于职业的社会关系的认识。张謇在兴办实业教育过程中,对学生职业技能、个人品德、社会责任感培养均提出了具体要求。借鉴张謇实业教育思想,推进校企合作,通过深化课程教学改革、加强思想政治教育、营造良好校园文化环境等举措培养高职学生职业精神。In view of the objects concerned,professional spirit contains three levels,reflecting practitioners＇ understanding of the occupation,personal commitment and social relations.Zhang Jian puts forward specific requirements of the education of students＇ professional skills,personal characters,and social responsibility in the process of industrial education.Zhang Jian＇s thoughts of industrial education enlighten us to promote the cooperation between colleges and enterprises,and take such measures to deepen the reform of course teaching,strengthen ideological education,and create a good cultural environment.
