摘　　要：成人教育是我国教育系统中不可或缺的一部分,其发展的水平也体现着我国教育的发展水平,此文从成人教育的招生、教学实施、毕业三个环节研究了成人教育的现状,并对其中出现的问题进行了分析,希望对成人教育的今后的发展和改革能起到一定的帮助作用。Adult education is an inseparable part of education system,and its development level also reflects the education development level of China.This paper researches the status of adult education from three links,i.e.recruitment of adult education,teaching implementation and graduation,and analyzes the problems occurring,it is hoped to provide some help for the future development and reform of adult education.
