摘  要:将离子液体-分散液-液微萃取与高效液相色谱(HPLC)法结合,对影响葡萄汁中赭曲霉毒素A(Ochratoxin A,OTA)微萃取过程的萃取剂种类及体积、分散剂种类及体积、pH值、离子强度、萃取时间等因素进行研究,建立了快速提取OTA的前处理技术和HPLC快速检测方法。该方法检测葡萄汁中的OTA平均回收率为83.88%~105.32%,相对标准偏差为4.17%~7.83%,检出限为0.05μg/kg,定量限为0.17μg/kg,富集倍数为8.92~9.95,加标回收率以及实际样品测定结果均未超过欧盟最大限量标准10μg/kg。该方法操作简单、成本较低、有机试剂用量小,所需样品量极少,尤其适用于快速检测果汁中的OTA。A method was developed for the determination of ochtatoxin A in grape juice using ionic liquid based dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction (IL-DLLME) coupled with high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The key factors that influence the microextraetion efficiency such as extractant, dispersant, pH, ionic strength and extraction time were studied respectively. In the detection of OTA in grape juice by this method,the recoveries of spiked grape juice for OTA detection ranged from 83.88 to 105. 32%. The limit of determination is 0. 05 μg/kg and the limit of quantitation is 0. 17 μg/kg. The enrichment factor is 8.92-9.95. With the advantage of simple operation, fast detection speed, small dosage of organic reagent and sample,this method is very suitable for rapid detection of OTA in grape juice.
