摘　　要：在"振兴东北"战略的背景下,需要建立开放型经济新体制,激发市场内在活力,社会需要大量的具有日语综合应用能力,并且具备所在岗位专业知识和技能的职业型人才,因此,人才的培养应本地化、职业化,这已经成为地方高校的首要任务。本文针对日语毕业生实际能力与社会所需人才存在差距的问题,从地方高校角度进行全面分析,探索培养符合社会需求的职业化日语人才培养的途径。The cultivation of talents should be localized and professional, which has become the most important task of local universities. Since it is necessary to establish a new system of open economy, stimulate the inherent vitality of the market. Furthermore, the society requires a lot of professional talents who have Japanese comprehensive application ability and knowledge and skills needed by their job positions, based on the background of implementing the strategy of＂vitalizing the Northeast.＂This paper will focus on the gaps between the practical ability of Japanese graduates and the talents who meet the needs of society, and explore the ways of cultivating social-qualified personnel, in terms of local universities.
