摘  要:近年来,小学科学教育的各个方面都得到了长足发展,但在快速发展的进程中,也逐渐暴露出小学科学教育师资队伍建设上的许多问题。教师在科学知识、科学方法及对科学本质的理解等方面与小学科学教育的需求上尚有较大差距,这也成为制约科学教育水平提升的瓶颈。在现行教育体制下,就高师科学课程与小学科学教育的对接问题做出自己的探索,结合高等师范学校的实际和小学科学教育发展的需要,把握小学科学教育工作者专业成长的规律,为师范院校培养合格的小学科学教育师资探索出新的路径,使高师科学课程与小学科学教育更合拍。In recent years,there has come with the great development of various aspects in science education in pri-mary schools.While during the progress,many problems in the construction of teachers of science education in primary school has gradually exposed.Compared to the requirements of science education in primary schools,those science teachers in primary schools still lack scientific knowledge,scientific teaching method and understanding of the nature of science,which becomes a bottleneck restricting the promotion of scientific education.This paper mainly studies the existing education system,making our own research on the joint of science curriculum in our college with science education in primary schools,combining the situation in our college with demands of educational development in science education of primary school,grasping the law of the professional growth of science educators in primary schools,which can explore a new path for the training of qualified science teachers in primary school,and let the science curriculum match the science education in primary schools.
