摘  要:建立涡旋辅助分散液液微萃取果蔬中14种农药残留的方法。考察萃取剂种类、萃取剂体积、涡旋时间、离心转速、离心时间、盐添加量对微萃取的影响。在优化条件下,14种农药线性范围为0.005~2.00μg/mL,检出限(S/N=3)在0.20~4.0μg/kg之间。建立的液液微萃取-气相色谱法应用于肇庆地区果蔬测定,平均回收率在83.2%~110%之间,RSD≤8.1%。A method was developed for extraction fourteen pesticide residues in fruits and vegetables by vortex-assisted dispersion liquid-liquid microextraction. Under the optimized condition, the linear range of 14 kinds of pesticides was 0.005-2.00 μg/mL; The detection limits(S/N=3) were in the range of 0.20-4.0 μg/kg. The established liquid-liquid microextraction and gas chromatography method was applied to the determination of fruits and vegetables in Zhaoqing area. The average recoveries of spinach and grapes were between 83.2% and 110%, and RSD≤8.1%.
