摘 要:党的十九大报告中有关人力资源管理的论述,概括起来是四个方面:人才战略、人力资源协同发展、人力资本服务、人才队伍建设。四个方面是互为逻辑、相关促进的,而人力资源协同发展是关键。虽然这四个方面是从宏观层面进行的阐述,但对于微观层面的企业同样有重要的指导意义。本文主要基于企业层面,结合HR三支柱探讨人力资源协同管理的问题,通过对HR三支柱的理论发展以及IBM、阿里巴巴、华为和腾讯公司的案例分析,提出了思考与启示。In the report of 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC), the exposition on human resource management are summarized in four aspects: talent strategy, human resource synergic development, human capital service and three talent team construction. The four aspects are mutually logical and interrelated, and the synergic development of human resources is the key. Although they are described from the macro level, there is important guiding significance for enterprises at the micro level. Based on HR three pillars model, this paper discusses the problem of human resource synergic management in the cases of IBM, Alibaba, HUAWEI and Tencent, and puts forward some thoughts and revelation.
