摘　　要：基于胜任力的住院医师培养可以加强我国卫生人才队伍建设,满足当代医疗卫生服务需求。我国住院医师规范化培训还处在起步阶段,在培训制度、师资力量和学员学习积极性等方面存在大量问题,如何提升住院医师胜任力,从而提高工作绩效成为我国医院管理所面临的重大课题。本文就目前我国住院医师胜任力培养中存在的问题及原因进行阐述,探讨并提出相应的解决对策。The training of resident doctors based on competency can strengthen the construction of the contingent of health professionals in China and meet the demand of contemporary health care services. But the training system is still in the initial stage and there are a lot of problems in the training system, such as teacher resources and students＇ enthusiasm for learning. How to improve the competency of resident doctors and improve their work performance has become a major issue for hospital management in China. This article expounds the problems and causes in the current competency training of resident doctors in China, discusses and puts forward corresponding solutions.
