肿瘤科医师的缓和医疗临床教学培养

摘　　要：恶性肿瘤是危害我国人民群众健康的主要疾病之一。缓和医疗可预防和缓解恶性肿瘤患者和家属的身心痛苦,提高生活质量,在肿瘤治疗中具有重要地位,也是肿瘤科医师必须掌握的理念和技能。解放军总医院南楼肿瘤内科在临床教学过程中,采取多学科联合教学查房、与社会团体和公益组织协作教学和学术会议交流教学等多种形式,进一步明晰缓和医疗概念,增强了科室医师对缓和医疗工作的认可和兴趣,提高了缓和医疗的技术水平,取得了良好的效果。Malignant tumor is one of the major diseases that threaten pepole＇s health in China. Palliative care could protect and relieve the patients and family members＇ physical and mental pain, improve the quality of life and play an important role in cancer treatment. Therefore, it is a kind of necessary knowledge and skill that oncologist should master. In clinical teaching in the department of geriatric oncology in the general hospital of chinese people＇s liberation army, according to a series of methods including multidisciplinary joint teaching rounds, cooperative teaching with other social organizations and academic conference exchange teaching, further clarify the conception of palliative care, improve physicians＇interest and technology level to palliative care. These teaching methods achieve good results.
