摘  要:目的研究以问题为导向的教学方法(problem-based learning,PBL)在传染科住院医师规范化培训教学中的应用。方法将2017年1—12月于中国医科大学附属第一医院传染科轮转实习的住院医师规范化培训学员随机分为两组(每组40人),分别采用PBL教学法(实验组)及传统教学法(对照组)进行教学,教学结束后对两组学员进行考核、教学评价及教师评价,比较两组教学效果及对教学的评价。结果两组学员比较,实验组理论考核成绩、病例考核成绩及临床综合能力均高于对照组(均P<0.05)。实验组36人(90.0%)对教学模式满意,35人(87.5%)认为该教学模式能够激发学生的学习兴趣,与对照组,分别为27人(67.5%)及26人(65.0%))相比差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。实验组在自主学习能力及解决问题能力方面优于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论 PBL教学较传统教学更有助于住院医师规范化培训学员理论知识的掌握,有利于提高学员病例分析、自主学习及解决问题能力,更能激发学员学习的积极性。Objective To evaluate the efect of problem-based leaning (PBL) in resident standardization training in the department of infectious diseases. Methods From January to December 2017, a total of 80 students in the First Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University for resident standardization training were divided into two groups, 40 students in each group, accepted PBL (experimental group) and traditional teaching (control group) respectively. At the end of the training, exams and questionnaire survey were carried out for teaching evaluation. Results The results of theoretical examination, case analysis and total score in experimental group were higher than those of control group (P 〈 0.05). There were 36 students (90.0%) in experimental group satisfied with the teaching method, that was significantly higher than 27 students (67.5%) in control group (P 〈 0.05). There were 35 students (87.5%) in experimental group considered this teaching method can stimulate their leaning interest, that was signifcantly higher than 26 students (65.0%) in control group (P 〈 0.05). The self-learning ability and problem-solving ability in the experimental group were all higher than those in the control group (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The PBL teaching method could increase the master of clinical knowledge and the ability of case analysis, could stimulate the leaning interest of residents, and could improve students’satisfaction of teaching.
