摘  要:目的探讨任务驱动教学法在骨科临床实习带教中的应用价值。方法选取2015年9月—2016年9月骨科实习生41名为对照组,行常规临床带教,另选2016年10月—2017年10月骨科实习生41名为观察组,在临床带教中应用任务驱动教学法,观察两组实习生临床能力、考核情况及带教满意度。结果观察组实习生出科前专业能力、书写能力、交流能力、协同能力评分同对照组比较,均明显较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组实习生出科前考核优良率为92.68%,同对照组75.61%比较,显著较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组实习生对临床带教满意率为95.12%,同对照组80.49%比较,显著较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在骨科临床实习带教中应用任务驱动教学法,可有效增强实习生临床能力,提高带教效果及实习生满意度。Objective To explore the application value of task driven teaching method in clinical practice teaching in department of orthopedics. Methods From September 2015 to September 2016, 41 orthopaedic interns were selected as the control group for routine clinical teaching, from October 2016 to October 2017, another 41 orthopedic interns were selected as the observation group and task-driven teaching methods were applied in clinical teaching. The clinical ability,assessment status and teaching satisfaction of two groups were observed. Results The scores of professional ability, writing ability, communication ability and coordination ability of the interns in the observation group were signifcantly higher than those of the control group, the diference was statistically signifcant (P 〈 0.05); The rate of excellent and good examination before the department in the observation group was 92.68%, which was signifcantly higher than the control group (75.61%),the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05).The rate of clinical teaching satisfaction in the observation group was 95.12%, which was significantly higher than the the control group(80.49%),the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Application of task driven teaching method in the teaching of clinical practice in orthopedics can efectively enhance the clinical ability of interns, improve the efectiveness of teaching and the degree of intern satisfaction.
