摘  要:目的观察PBL法在创伤骨科临床实习教学中的应用效果,为创伤骨科临床实习教学改革提供参考依据。方法 2016年9月—2017年9月,将我院创伤骨科80名临床实习生随机分为观察组与对照组,观察组施行PBL教学法,对照组施行传统教学法,根据综合考核结果对两组教学效果进行评估。结果观察组综合考核成绩明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论结合目前医学临床实习带教资源情况,在创伤骨科临床实习阶段施行PBL教学法,具有较好的应用效果。Objective To explore the application efects of PBL in clincial practice teaching of trauma orthopaedics and provide reference for educational reform of clincial practice teaching in trauma orthopaedics. Methods From Sep.2016 to Sep.2017, 80 clinical interns were selected and divided into observation and control group randomly. The observation group was taken PBL and control group for traditional teaching method. According to the comprehensive examination results, the teaching effect was evaluated. Results The results of examination in observation group was significant better than control group (P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Combined with the current situation of teaching resources in medical clinical practice, PBL teaching method is applied in the clinical practice of trauma department of orthopedics, which has a good application efect.
