摘　　要：中国鲎具有极高的经济价值和科研价值,其血液提取物制成的鲎试剂广泛应用于各个行业以检测内毒素。鲎试剂厂作为新兴产业在我国的发展较为缓慢,面临着研究基础薄弱,原材料中国鲎数量锐减等问题。概述了鲎试剂的基本生产工艺及其产业在中国的发展现状以及面临的主要问题,并根据其现有问题提出了建议。Chinese horseshoe crab（Tachypleus tridentatus） has high economic and scientific values,and its blood extract,tachypleus amebocyte lysate（TAL）,is widely used in pharmaceutical industry for endotoxin detection. As an emerging industry,TAL industry in China is not optimistic,facing many crucial problems such as lack of basic research,inadequate availability raw material（Chinese horseshoe crab） and so on. This paper summarizes typical TAL production techniques,current situation of TAL industry and the main problems which block its development. Relevant suggestions are also provided.
