摘 要:基于多目标优化思想,建立一种汽车动力总成悬置系统十三自由度优化设计模型。以驾驶员座椅导轨垂向振动及驾驶员右耳旁噪声最小,系统的隔振率、能量解耦率最大和系统固有频率的合理配置为优化目标,以悬置三向静刚度之间的比例以及刚度下限为约束条件,利用遗传算法对刚度进行优化计算。结果表明,动力总成解耦率和固有频率的合理配置对车辆整体乘坐舒适性的影响较大,多目标优化后汽车整体舒适性得到了较大的提升。Based on the multi-objective optimization theory, a 13-DOF optimal design model of automotive powertrain mount system is established. Setting the minimum of vertical vibration of driver seat guideway and the noise of right ear of the driver, the maximum of system vibration isolation rate and the energy decoupling rate, the reasonable allocation of system natural frequencies as the optimization targets, with the ratio of the three-direction and the lower bound of static stiffness as constraints, genetic algorithm is used to optimize the stiffness. The results show that decoupling rate and the reasonable allocation of natural frequency of powertrain have great influence on the overall ride comfort of the vehicle, and the overall comfort of the vehicle has been greatly improved after multi-objective optimization.
