摘　　要：对轻量化后的沥青罐车进行仿真分析,研究了罐车在不同作业工况下的受力状态。根据其刚度和强度的分析结果,找出结构的薄弱环节,并提出改进建议,为沥青罐车的优化设计提供理论参考。Finite element analysis on the lightweight asphalt transfer vehicle was carried out in this paper. The Von-Mises stress and displacement of the tank car will be obtained under the different working conditions. According to the results,some suggestions will be put forward,which can provide a theoretical basis for the optimization design of the asphalt transfer vehicle.
