数字出版视阈下的西班牙学术期刊生态分析

摘　　要：通过对收录入科学网(Web of Science)和斯高帕斯(Scopus)两大国际检索机构中的406种西班牙学术期刊7项指标的统计分析,揭示了数字出版背景下西班牙学术期刊的出版现状及特点。研究发现:数字技术向学术出版领域的渗透催生了西班牙学术出版的新生态;西班牙政府积极参与国际学术对话的意识和实践,在其国际化方面发挥着不可替代的作用;近年西班牙学术期刊的快速增长反映出该国学术国际影响力的不断提升;健康科学、社会科学、艺术与人文科学类期刊比例较高,反映出西班牙人文社会科学的繁荣与发达;刊、网分离的管理制度,有效地推动了期刊的国际化传播;西班牙政府坚持"学术公器"的出版理念,约75%的学术期刊可以免费获取。The statistics and analysis of seven indicators of 406 Spanish academic journals included in Web of Science and Scopus show the overall publishing status and the characteristics of Spanish academic journals on the background of digital publishing. Further research finds that the penetration of digital technology to the field of academic publishing has given rise to a new academic publishing ecology in Spain. Besides, the Spanish government takes an active part in the international academic dialogues, the consciousness and the promotion of which play a irreplaceable role in the internationalization of Spanish academic journals. Recently, the rapid growth of Spanish academic journals reflects on the unceasing improvement of its international academic influence. Furthermore, the large proportion of journals on fields of health science, social science, arts and humanity science reflects the prosperity of the humanities and social sciences in Spain. The separated managing system between periodicals and networks has an effective promotion on its international spread. The Spanish government persists in the concept that academics is a fortune possessed by the majority of people. Hence 75percent of academic periodicals can be obtained freely.
