摘　　要：高校教学质量是一个多维度的概念,不同的教育教学活动阶段呈现出不同的质量特性和保障要求。在对摩尔根所提出的质量分析框架进行分析、重建的基础上,结合我国高校教学质量管理运行的现实状况,文章对摩尔根所提出的质量分析框架进行了修订,提出了新的内部教学质量分析框架,从设计质量、过程质量和结果质量三个层面构建高校内部质量保障;并对该框架进行了实践检验。The educational quality in colleges and universities is a multi-dimensional concept,different stage of education has its special quality characteristics and requirement.Mergen once built a layered framework to help to analyze the education quality.This paper improve the framework based on the analysis and reconstruction of Mergen′s framework,and combined with the actual running situation of teaching quality management in colleges and universities.The main innovation of the paper is built a layered framework which include design quality,process quality and outcome quality,furthermore,inspect the new framework by a case study.
