摘 要:某型冰箱振动较大,为明确振源及其主要传递路径,采用振动传递路径分析方法进行测试分析,本文介绍频域法传递路径分析的原理和传递函数及激励力的测量方法,试验结果找到了对冰箱侧壁振动贡献最大的激励源和传递路径,根据分析结果对冰箱底板改进设计后冰箱侧壁振动降低,验证了传递路径分析方法对振动源识别和贡献分析的可靠性。A certain refrigerator with large vibration, In order to clear the source and its main transmission path, the vibration transmission path analysis method is used for testing and analysis. This paper introduces the principle of frequency domain transfer path analysis and measurement method of transfer function and incentive force, The results of the test found the exciting source and transmission path which contributed most to the vibration of the side wall of the refrigerator.Vibration reduction of the side wall of refrigerator after improving the design of refrigerator floor according to the analysis results, verified the reliability analysis method of transfer path analysis of vibration source identification and contribution.
