摘  要:目的:探讨还原型谷胱甘肽辅助治疗卵巢癌术后化疗对机体免疫功能、抗氧化功能及炎症因子水平的影响。方法:选择卵巢癌术后患者100例,根据入组序列号分为研究组与对照组各50例,其中对照组给予常规化学药物治疗,研究组在化学药物治疗的基础上给予还原型谷胱甘肽辅助治疗,观察两组化疗前(T0)、化疗1个月(T1)、3个月后(T2)T淋巴细胞亚群、抗氧化功能指标MDA、SOD、T-AOC及炎症因子TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8水平变化。结果:两组CD3^+、CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+水平T1较T0下降,T2较T1明显升高,CD8^+水平T1较T0升高,T2较T1明显下降,研究组T1、T2CD3^+、CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+水平高于对照组,CD8^+水平低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组MDA水平T1较T0升高,T2较T1明显下降,SOD、T-AOC水平T1较T0下降,T2较T1明显升高,研究组T1、T2SOD、T-AOC水平高于对照组,MDA水平低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8水平T1较T0升高,T2较T1明显下降,研究组T1、T2、TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8水平低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:还原型谷胱甘肽辅助治疗卵巢癌术后化疗有助于保护机体免疫功能、抗氧化功能,减轻炎症反应。Objective:To investigate the effect of reduced glutathione on immune function,antioxidant function and inflammatory cytokines in ovarian cancer patients after chemotherapy.Result:100patients with ovarian cancer who were admitted from January 2015to June 2017.According to the enrollment serial number were divided into study group and control group each 50cases,the control group was given conventional chemical drug treatment,the research group were given reduced glutathione adjuvant therapy on the basis of chemical therapy.To observe The T lymphocyte subsets,antioxidant indexes MDA,SOD,T-AOC and inflammatory cytokines TNF-αand IL-6in two groups before chemotherapy(T0),1 month after chemotherapy(T1)and 3months 6,IL-8levels change.Result:(1)The levels of T1with The CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+was lower than the T0,and T2was significantly higher than the T1,The CD8+level in T1was higher than the T0,and the T2was significantly lower than the T1in both groups.The levels of the CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8with T1,T2in the study group were higher than the control group,while the levels of CD8+in the study group were lower than the control group.So the difference was statistically significant(CD 3+tT1=5.318,CD 3+tT2=8.356,CD 4+tT1=4.773,CD 4+tT2=6.052,CD 8+tT1=5.339,CD 8+tT2=10.158,CD 4+/CD 8+tT1=4.092,CD 4+/CD 8+tT2=4.004and P〈0.05).(2)The level of MDA in T1was higher than in the T0and the T2was significantly lower than the T1in both groups.The levels of SOD and T-AOC in T1were decreased from T0,and in T2was significantly higher than T1.The levels of T1,T2with the SOD and T-AOC in the study group were higher than in the control group,while the MDA level was lower than in the control group.And the difference was statistically significant(M D AtT1=49.164,M D AtT2=35.274,S O DtT1=44.187,S O DtT2=56.376,T-A O CtT1=11.442,T-A O CtT2=17.534,so P〈0.05).(3)The levels of TNF-α,IL-6and IL-8with T1in two groups were significantly higher than in T0,and the T2decreased signifi
