从《柳林风声》看儿童文学经典的伦理价值

摘　　要：《柳林风声》中的蛤蟆形象是儿童人格的真实写照,为儿童读者提供了认识自己的镜像。他从任性胡闹走向理性成熟的过程,隐喻个体从受自然天性驱动的顽童转变为受社会规范和理性约束的社会成员的社会化过程。《柳林风声》这类儿童文学经典之所以受到世界各地一代代读者的欣赏与认同,是因为作品既充满童心童趣,又蕴含着丰富的伦理价值。对自然天性及其后果的表现以揭示儿童接受教化的必要性、对真善美的表现以彰显人性的美好,构成儿童文学经典的不朽内涵。儿童文学经典的魅力与价值在于使读者在审美的愉悦中获得智慧的启迪、情感的触动和道德的教化。The image of Toad in GrahameT s The Wind in the Willows is the vivid portrayal of children＇ s character, which is kind of mirror through which the child reader gets enlightenment. ToadT s development from mischief and willfulness to rationality and maturity is a metaphor of the child, s socialization from a naughty boy guided by natural instinct to a rational society member complying with social norms. The reason why the children , s literature canon like The Wind in the Willows are enjoyed and admired by readers of different generations and different nations is that it is,on the one hand,prevalent with childishness and playfulness, and on the other hand rich in ethical values. The children, s literature canons are glamorous in that they enable readers to be mentally enlightened, emotionally touched and morally nourished in reading pleasure.
