摘  要:大数据时代的来临,给我们的教育体制带来了不小的冲击与挑战。以往传统的教育体制难以适应时代的发展,我们亟须构建一套适用于应用型本科院校的个性化人才培养方案。研究根据学生的个性化特征,因材施教,提出应用型本科院校个性化人才培养的问题,通过创新教育教学新模式、灵活积累学分制、优化人才培养方案等多种教学手段,探索立足于本校学生特点的个性化人才培养模式,希望能对其他教育工作者提供一定的参考价值。The advent of the era of big data has brought a lot of challenges and challenges to our education system. In the past,the traditional education system was difficult to adapt to the development of the times. It is imperative that we construct a set of personalized talent training programs suitable for applied undergraduate colleges. Based on the individual characteristics of students,students are taught in accordance with their aptitude,and they put forward the problem of individualized personnel training in applied universities. Through innovative teaching methods,flexible credit accumulation,and optimization of personnel training programs,the research explores students who are based at the university. The characteristics of personalized personnel training model,hoping to provide some reference value for other educators.
