摘 要:针对目前学生艺术素质测评的实施困境,有必要从理论层面进一步探讨艺术素质测评究竟测什么、如何测等问题。第一,"核心素养"的内涵和价值追求如何体现在艺术素质测评之中?艺术素质测评的重心应该从考察学生艺术知识和技能的掌握程度转向关注学生针对现实情境和需要综合运用艺术知识、技能的意识和能力,艺术素质测评不仅评定学生的艺术能力,还要评价学生艺术思维的发展水平。第二,评价范式的转化以及专业化发展的趋势如何体现在学生艺术素质测评的设计和实施之中?艺术素质测评的设计和实施需要体现共同协商共同建构的评价范式并走向专业化。第三,以艺术素养为本位,体现教育评价范式转向的测评方法有哪些?可利用真实、动态和交互的情境化测评考察学生的综合艺术能力,基于信息技术的"艺术成长记录袋"评价方式可让学生成为自我评价的主体,并使教师能更全面和客观的评价学生的艺术素养。In view of the current difficulties in the implementation of student artistic quality evaluation,it is of importance to further explore from the theoretical level of what is the quality of art evaluation,how to measure and other issues. To this end,this paper presents three questions as follows. First,how are the"core literacy"connotation and value pursuit reflected in the evaluation of artistic quality? It is pointed out that the focus of the artistic quality evaluation should be shifted from the mastery of the artistic knowledge and skills of the students to the students' consciousness and ability to deal with the realistic situation and the need of comprehensive use of artistic knowledge and skills. The artistic quality evaluation not only assesses the artistic ability of the students,but also evaluates the level of development of students' artistic thinking. Secondly,how are the transformation of the evaluation paradigm and the trend of professional development reflected in the design and implementation of students' artistic quality evaluation? The design and implementation of artistic quality evaluation needs to reflect the evaluation paradigm on the basis of the common communication and construction and further goes to be professional.Thirdly,what are the evaluation methods that reflect the education evaluation paradigm shift on the basis of art literacy? It is suggested in the paper that the situational assessment of students' comprehensive artistic ability,characterized by authenticity,dynamics and interaction,should be adopted. In addition,the"art development portfolio"evaluation,on the basis of information technology,is supposed to make the students the subject of self-evaluation,which helps teachers have an overall evaluation of students' artistic literacy.
