“中国制造2025”视域下工匠精神的当代价值及培育路径探究

摘　　要：新时代下的工匠精神包括精益求精、与时俱进、尊师重教、敬业爱国等。工匠精神是"中国制造2025"背景下国家科技的灵魂,是工业技术人员提升专业技能,是助推区域经济发展的精神动力,是主体实现自我价值的内在需求,更是当代中国制造业的强烈呼唤。要从加强工匠精神的传承力度,创新工匠精神的培育理念,渲染工匠精神的文化氛围和优化工匠精神的顶层设计等方面,探究工匠精神的培育路径。In the new era, the craftsman spirit includes the perfection for products and skills, constant pace with times, respect for teachers and education, dedication of the workforce and patriotism. The craftsman spirit is the soul of national science and technology under the background of ＂Made in China 2025＂, the spiritual power for technicians to promote their professional skills and propel regional economic development, the inner needs of the subject to realize self-value as well as the powerful call for contemporary China’s manufacturing industry. It proposes to explore the cultivation paths of the craftsman spirit from such angles as strengthening its inheritance,innovating its fostering concepts, shaping its cultural atmosphere and optimizing its top-level design.
