协同视野下高职生就业能力提升策略研究——以商丘职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：随着社会的发展对人才质量要求的不断提高,高职院校在办学模式和人才培养模式方面进行了积极的改革与创新,并取得了一定成绩。"校企合作""应用型人才"已成为高职院校改革的重点。但国家所需要的创新型人才的培养模式还不健全,尚未形成,这严重制约着创新型才培养质量,影响着学生的就业。本文通过对商丘职业技术学院经贸系在校企合作模式的创新进行分析,试图在新形势下探索创新人才培养模式,提高高职生就业能力,以促进学生就业。With the development of the society,the needs for personnel quality are improving continuously.Vocational colleges have made some achievements on the reform and innovation of schooling mode and talents training.＂University-enterprise cooperation＂and＂applied talents＂have become the focus of the reform in higher vocational colleges.However,innovative talents training mode which society needs most has not yet formed,which severely restricts the innovative talents＇ quality and affects the student＇s employment.The paper analyzes the university-enterprise cooperation mode in economic and trade department of Shangqiu polytechnic attempting to find innovations on personnel training mode to improve their employment ability and boost students＇ employment.
