摘  要:少年儿童时期是人一生中成长、发展的关键时期,处在这一时期的少年儿童很容易被同辈群体所影响,而同辈群体又是少年儿童个体社会化的重要途径。少年儿童榜样教育要重视同辈群体的存在,研究同辈群体的作用机制,发挥同辈群体的积极作用。笔者在同辈群体社会特点的基础上,探究同辈群体对少年儿童社会化的影响,结合社会现状及趋势,提出在少年儿童榜样教育中利用同辈群体的作用机制引导、干预、教育少年儿童的几点建议。The period of childhood and adolescence isa crucialperiod for growth and development ina person's life. During thisperiod, children and adolescents are easily affected by peergroups, and peer groups are also important ways for the socializa-tion of children and adolescents. In the model education for chil-dren and adolescents, we should pay attention to the importanceof peer groups, study the functioning mechanism of peer groups,and give play to the positive role of peer groups. Based on the so-cial characteristics of peer groups, we explore the influence ofpeer groups on the socialization of children and adolescents.Based on the current status and trends of society, we proposeseveral suggestions on using the functioning mechanism of peergroups to guide, intervene, and educate children and adolescentsin model education.
