摘　　要：由于胸心外科专科性强,涉及内容复杂,概念深奥且抽象,临床实践难度较大,而临床实习时间较短,因此要保障良好的教学质量有不小的困难,针对这一问题,我们从制订入科教育培训方案、规范培训计划、应用不同教学方法及制定双向考核机制入手,从而激发规培生主动学习的兴趣和好奇心,帮助尽快进入临床实习角色,有效提高了规培生的教学质量。due to thoracic surgery specialist, involving complicated, abstruse and abstract concept, clinical practice is difficult, and the clinical practice for a short time, so it is difficult to guarantee the teaching quality, in order to solve this problem, we start from the Department of education and training programs in formulating standard, training plan,application different teaching methods and establish two-way assessment mechanism, so as to stimulate the regulation of Pearson active learning interest and curiosity, help as soon as possible in clinical practice, to improve the quality of teaching.
