不同学历实习护生临床带教需求调查与分析

摘  要:目的:了解实习护生的临床带教需求情况,为有针对性的提供带教方法和带教内容提供指导。方法:选取实习护生201名作为观察对象,根据学历不同分为大专组154人和本科组47人。采用自制问卷调查两组对带教老师的工龄、学历、职称、教学方法和教学内容的需求。结果:两组对带教老师工龄、理论授课、护理查房和教学内容的需求比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);对带教老师职称、学历的需求比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);本科组对情景模拟、操作演示和小组讨论的需求明显大于大专组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床带教中需要根据护生需求有针对性的安排护理带教活动,调动护生的实习积极性,从而提高实习效果。Objective To understand the clinical teaching needs for internship nursing students and to provide guidance fortargeted teaching methods and teaching contents. Methods: 201 internship nursing students were selected and divided into junior college group (n = 154) and undergraduate group (n = 47). Their teaching needs were investigated by a self-made questionnaire, including the teachers' age, educational background, job tile, teaching methods and teaching contents. Results: There were no significantdifferences in the teachers' working years, theoretic teaching, nursing round and teaching contents between the two groups (P〉0. 05);however, there were statistically significant differences in the teachers' tile and educational background (P〈0. 05). The needs forscene simulation, operational demonstration and group discussion of the undergraduate group were more than those of the junior collegegroup, and the differences were statistically significant (P〈0. 05). Conclusions: Clinical teaching needs to arrange nursing activitiesin accordance with the needs of the nursing students and should mobilize their enthusiasm, thereby improving the internship effects.
