摘  要:加强大型公立医院高级职称医师聘后管理工作,对于学科建设与医院可持续发展具有重要意义。北京协和医院外科通过对高级职称医师实行以岗位量化考核为主要形式的聘后管理,取得了促进医师职业发展、加强学科建设及保障医院可持续发展的工作成效。并从统筹兼顾,推进医师聘后管理的科学化;加强医院聘后管理的制度化;提升考核指标体系精细化;加强考核结果的应用等方面提出了优化建议。It is of great significance to strengthen the post-employment management of physicians with senior professional titles in large public hospitals, which is of great significance to the discipline construction and the sustainable development of the hospital. Taking surgery department of a public hospital as an example, the practice of management work in quantitative evaluation of doctors with senior professional titles after employment were introduced and the new assessment system has been promoted doctor's career development, discipline construction and help hospital sustainable development as well. Suggestions such as scientific and integrated management, strengthening institutional building, refining assessment index system and highlighting on assessment application were also presented.
