摘　　要："一带一路"重大倡议的提出为高职院校的发展带来了新的机遇,同时也提出了新的挑战。高职院校需要深化交流合作,激励改革创新,以培养能够满足沿线国家企业发展需求的,具有国际化视野的高端技术技能型人才。高职院校要积极探寻有效的留学生招生途径,建立健全留学生管理制度,制定科学的留学生人才培养方案,以推动"一带一路"背景下留学生的引进与培养工作。One Belt and One Road（OBOR） Initiative has brought new opportunities as well as new challenges for the development of vocational colleges. In this regard,vocational colleges need to deepen international exchanges and cooperation to encourage reform and innovation in order to cultivate high-end skilled technicianswith international vision to meet the needs of enterprises of the countries along the Belt and the Road. Theyshould actively explore effective ways of enrollment,establish and improve their foreign student management sys-tem and develop scientific learning programs for foreign students so as to promote the enrollment and training offoreign students under the background of OBOR.
