摘　　要：地方本科院校顺利转型的前提之一是办学资源的转型,地方本科院校应以超前思维谋划资源转型,以资源激励、资源驱动助推爬坡,才能实现资源转型后的嬗变,因此资源对于地方本科院校转型发展具有不可或缺的重要意义,包括政府资源、企业资源、专业学位资源、校友资源等都是地方本科院校转型发展依赖的主要资源。地方本科院校可以通过"广泛联系政府,争取各级政府的大力支持;突破封闭,融入地方,构建转型发展的资源互动环境;以院校转型特色发展吸引资源;构建资源共享的校企、校地协同创新平台;借帆出航,广泛聚拢社会资源"等策略获取转型发展的办学资源。One of the prerequisites for the smooth transformation of local colleges and universities is the transformation of school resources,local colleges should plan the transformation of resources with advanced thinking and push up the slope with resource motivation and resources to realize the transmutation after the transformation of resources,therefore,resources for the transformation and development of local colleges and universities have an indispensable significance. Including government resources,business resources,and professional degree resources,alumni resources are the main resources for the transformation and development of local colleges and universities. Local colleges and universities can strive for the strong support of governments at all levels through extensive contact with the government; break through the closure,integrate into the local areas,and build the interactive environment of resources for transformation and development; attract resources with the characteristics of colleges and universities’ transformation; construct the cooperative innovation platform of the schools for resource sharing; and take advantage of sailing; gather social resources and other strategies to obtain the school resources for the transformation and development.
