摘　　要：家庭抗逆力的形成是家庭面临危机时进行调整和关系重建的过程,可帮助家庭健康持续发展。文章以一个植入人工耳蜗幼儿的家庭为研究对象,以"家庭抗逆力关键因素模型"为理论基础,从家庭信念、组织模式和沟通过程三方面入手,深描该家庭的抗逆力生成过程。未来可结合该家庭经验,挖掘更多类别特殊儿童家庭的优势。Family resilience,which means the adjustments and reconstructions when a family is facing a crisis,helps keep the family healthy. This study,based on a survey of a family with a child with a cochlear implant,as well as the model for the key factors of family resilience,explains the formation of the family resilience in terms of the family ＇s belief,mode of organization,and communication process. The study concludes that the future study can,based on the experience of the family,find more advantages of other types of families with special-needs children.
