摘　　要：高职院校普遍实施二级管理体制,因而教学工作的重点都在二级教学系部,为了做好教学工作,应努力在教学工作体制机制、教学工作的常态化与规范化、教学工作的督导及质量保障体系、教学工作的创新与特色、教学工作质量与效益评价等方面明确其内容和考核要求,才有利于激发二级教学系部的工作积极性,高质量实现预定的教学目标。The secondary management system is generally implemented in higher vocational colleges,so the emphasis of teaching work lies in the departments of secondary teaching. In order to do a good job in teaching,Efforts should be made to clarify its contents and requirements in the aspects of teaching system and mechanism,the normalization and standardization of teaching work,the supe rvision and quality assurance system of teaching work,the innovation and characteristics of teaching work,the evaluation of teaching work quality and benefit,etc. Only in this way can we stimulate the enthusiasm of the second level teaching department and achieve the predetermined teaching goal with high quality.
