体验式教学对护士核心能力的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨体验式教学在提升手术室护士核心能力中的作用.方法 2016年10月—2017年4月,采用目的抽样法,选择哈尔滨医科大学附属第二医院手术室护士92名为研究对象.按照随机数字表将护士随机分为两组,试验组和对照组各46名.对照组护士接受科室常规业务学习;试验组护士采用体验式教学法.应用注册护士核心能力量表对两组护士进行测评.结果 干预后试验组护士核心能力量表中评判性思维和科研、临床护理、领导能力、人际关系、专业发展、教育咨询维度得分和总分均高于对照组,差异有统计意义（P〈0.05）;两组护士伦理和法律实践维度得分差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）. 结论 与常规培训方法相比,体验教学对提高手术室护士核心能力有明显作用,值得推广应用.Objective To explore the effect of experiential teaching in improving core competence of nurses in operating room. Methods From October 2016 to April 2017, by purposeful sampling, a total of 92 nurses from operating rooms in the 2nd Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University were selected and were divided according to random number table into experimental group and control group, each with 46 cases. Routine department business study was adopted to nurses in the control group, while experiential teaching was conducted to nurses in the experimental group. The Competency Inventory for Registered Nurse （CIRN） was used for assessment of nurses in the two groups. Results After the intervention, evaluated by the scale CIRN, total scores of the nurses in the experimental group and scores in dimensions of critical thinking and scientific research, clinical nursing, leadership, interpersonal relationship, professional development and educational consultation were all higher than those in the control group, The differences were statistically significant （P〈 0.05）; there was no significant difference between nurses in the two groups in dimensions of ethic and legal practice （P〉 0.05）. Conclusions Compared with conventional training methods, experiential teaching has a significant influence on improving core competence of nurses in the operating room, which makes it worth promoting.
