摘  要:为了探讨跳远起跳中的自然摆臂和侧摆臂的技术原理,运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法从运动生物力学角度进行分析。研究发现,不同的摆臂技术的目的具有相同性,但不同摆臂技术产生的摆动制动效果却不相同,原因在于摆动腿同侧手臂在制动前的前摆过程中,自然摆臂动用了三角肌后部肌纤维的弹性成分,使得该肌肉在手臂制动过程产生最大收缩肌力,同时该摆臂技术绕肩关节小半径转动,能够增大手臂在摆动制动过程中的角加速度;而侧摆臂则未动用三角肌中部肌纤维的弹性成分,使得该肌肉在手臂制动过程不能产生最大收缩肌力,同时该摆臂技术是经体前绕肩关节大半径转动,却不能增加手臂摆动的角加速度。To explore the natural swing arm and side of long jump take-off technology principle of arms-swing,by using the methods of literature and logic analysis from the perspective of biomechanics analysis. This study found that the purposes of different swing arm technology had similarities, but the motion effect produced by different technique was not the same. The reason lies in the forward swing process of the swing arm and the side arm before motion process, the natural use of the deltoid muscle fibers at the back of the swing arm of the elastic elements, which allows the muscles produce the maximum contraction muscle strength during swing arm. At the same time, the swing arm revolves around a small radius of the shoulder joint which could increase the angular acceleration of the arm during the natural process. While the arms-swing did not use the elastic components of the central muscle fibers of deltoid muscle, so that the maximum strengthen can not be produced, Moreover, the arms-swing technique is devices around the shoulder joint at large radius rotation, but could not increase the arm swing angular acceleration.
