摘　　要：地方本科院校生物专业的理论教学是提高人才培养质量的重要因素,在创新创业教育的背景下,地方本科院校更应该侧重考虑学生创业和就业方向的问题。以生物专业科研特性为基础,本文将以院校内实践教学为主体,通过科研资源、科研小组、教师辅导等方式,以专业教学与科研深度融合的方式方法展开研究。Under the background of innovation and entrepreneurship education,local higher colleges should pay more attention to the problem of students＇ Entrepreneurship and employment orientation.Based on the research characteristics of biology specialty,this paper will take the practice teaching in the university as the main body and carry out research in the way of deep integration of professional teaching and research through ways of scientific research resources,scientific research group,tutor and so on.
