摘  要:研究酶解辅助乙醇提取花生芽茎白藜芦醇的最佳工艺条件,以纤维素酶为辅助酶,通过单因素试验确定酶解时间、酶用量、酶解温度对白藜芦醇提取量的影响,利用Box-Benhnken试验设计和响应面法分析。在酶解pH为5.0,料液比为1∶10的条件下,确定最佳酶解条件为酶解时间65 min、酶用量3.12 mg/g、酶解温度55℃。在此条件下,白藜芦醇平均提取量为125.785μg/g,较为接近预测值。从而得出,响应面法优化后得出的最佳酶解条件有实践指导价值。The objective of this study was to optimize enzymatic-assisted ethanol extraction of resveratrol from peanut buds. Cellulase were used in this paper on the basis of Single-factor test,the Response Surface Methodology was used to investigate the effects of processing parameters,including enzymatic time,enzyme dosage and enzymatic temperature. Under the conditions of enzymatic hydrolysis pH 5. 0 and the solid-liquid ratio 1∶ 10,the optimum conditions were enzymatic hydrolysis time 65 min,enzyme dosage 3. 12 mg/g,hydrolysis temperature 55 ℃. Under these conditions,the average content of resveratrol was125. 785 μg/g. The result was close to the theoretical value and well suggests production prediction.
