摘 要:教师教育课程改革的特色在于地方化课程体系的构建和实践.教师教育课程的地方化应迎合"育人为本、终身教育、反思实践、文化融合"等基本理念,贯彻有效性、实践性、模块化、多元化的课程设置原则.文章认为,地方化的教师教育课程内容应能体现地域性教师培养的方向和社会诉求,其核心标志是符合社会主义教师职业道德观前提下的有地域针对性的育人实践的有效性.同时,文章探讨了课程地方化过程中课程资源建设、课堂模式选择和教师团队建设等课程的支撑体系.Curriculum reform for teacher education is characterized by construction of localization curriculum system and practicing. The cun'iculum localization of teacher education ought to be led by new educational ideas of cultivation - orientation, life - long education, reflective practicing and cultural integration. Furthermore, cur- riculum localization should follow principles of effectiveness, practicality, modularization and diversification. It is believed in this paper that the content of localized teacher education curriculum should reflect the orientation and social appeals of regional teachers, and its core symbol is the effectiveness of regionally targeted educating prac- tice under the premise of socialist teacher professional ethics. At the same time, this paper explores the support system for curriculum resources construction, classroom model selection and teacher team building in the cun'icu- lum of localization.
