高职化工类专业学生就业理念教育研究探析

摘　　要：当前化工行业就业市场存在一线岗位需求量大但流动频繁的现象。本文对化工类企业就业环境进行分析,认为高职学生离职原因有一线岗位劳动强度大、晋升空间窄、薪资福利一般等。本文提出从教学手段的多样化、就业指导的全面化、就业服务的贴心化三方面对高职化工类专业学生开展就业理念教育,改善学生就业迷茫现状,提升学生在化工企业的就业信心。These days, the employments in the chemical industry are in high demands but the first-line workers change their jobs frequently. The analysis in this paper shows this caused by the strong work intensity, limited promotion opportunities and unattractive salaries of the first-line workers. Based on these reasons, this paper believes the education of employment concept for the high-vacation college graduates should be improved in terms of diversification of teaching methods, comprehensive employment guidance and intimate employment services in order to improve their faith of work in the chemistry engineering enterprises.
