摘　　要：中国学生一直以来普遍存在英语写作能力低下、写作成绩不高的问题,这与国内高风险英语考试写作测试长期以来形成的负面反拨效应存在重要关联:写作在教学活动中受到的重视相对不足,应试技巧始终是写作教学的"主旋律",学生的写作想象力和创造力不能得到充分发挥。因此国内高风险英语考试应逐步提高写作项目权重和字数要求,不断深化写作评分原则方面的改革,继续推动写作命题向开放性方向转变,以降低写作测试的负面反拨效应。Chinese students have for a long time been troubled with the problem of poor writing ability and low English writing scores,which is related to the negative washback effects of writing tests of high-stake English examinations in China.Writing has not been paid enough attention to in teaching and learning;test-taking skills have always been the theme of the teaching and learning of writing;students are not able to give full play to their imagination and creativity in writing tests.Therefore,high-stake English examinations in China should gradually increase the weight of writing and requirements for word number,deepen the reform in scoring principles for writing tests,and continue to promote the openness of writing proposition so as to reduce the negative washback effects of writing tests.
