摘　　要：随着网络信息技术的发展和高职院校毕业生观念的转变,高职院校的就业指导方式亟待创新。高职院校需要加强就业信息平台建设,广泛运用就业信息平台为需求各异的学生提供信息和服务,全方位关注学生的成长,并不断创新就业指导的方法和内容,为毕业生提供个性化的就业指导,帮助学生成才和就业。With the development of network information technology and the transformation of the attitude of higher vocational graduates,the employment guidance ways of higher vocational colleges need urgent innovations. Higher vocational colleges should strengthen the construction of employment information platform. Higher vocational colleges should effectively use employment information platform to satisfy the needs of different students to provide information and services,pay full attention to students＇ growth and adjust education methods and contents constantly,and provide students with individual employment guidance to help students be talents and obtain employment.
