摘 要:大数据的深度嵌入重塑着教育领域的日常实践与意义生成,促使教师教学决策从"基于经验"向"数据驱动"转变。学界积极探索"数据驱动"型教师教学决策的实践模式,美国哈佛大学提出的DWIP模型便是其中的典型。推进"数据驱动"型教师教学决策改革需从政策引领、教师数据素养培育、数据团队建设、数据支持系统构建等方面协调展开。The deep embedding of big data in education is reshaping its daily practice and meaning creation, which promotes the paradigm of teachers' decision-making to change from "experience-based" to "data-driven". The academic circle is actively exploring the practice mode of data-driven teachers' decision-making,with the DWIP(the Data Wise Improvement Process )model proposed by Harvard University being a typical example. To promote the reform of "data-driven" teachers' decision-making,we need to coordinate the policy guidance,teachers' data literacy cultivation, data team building and data support system construction.
