精馏操作型问题定量计算及快速定性分析方法探讨

摘　　要：精馏操作型问题在化工生产实践中经常出现,但影响精馏操作的因素众多,关系复杂,常给定量计算或定性分析带来困难,因此探索该类问题的通用解决方法具有重要的意义。本文在探索该类问题通用解决方法的基础上,对几种典型操作型问题的快速定性分析进行了详细阐述,以培养学生分析和解决问题的能力,激发学生的创新性思维。讨论部分就操作结果进行了简要分析,力争做到深入浅出,以帮助学生充分理解精馏操作型问题的实质和内涵,提高学生的工程实践能力。Distillation operation problems are often found in chemical production.However,many factors affect the distillation operation and the relationship between the factors and the result of distillation operation is very complicated.It often brings difficulties to quantitative calculation or qualitative analysis,so it is significant to explore a general solution to such problems.Based on the general solution,this paper elaborates the rapid qualitative analysis of several typical operational problems,which is beneficial for students to cultivate their abilities to analyze and solve problems and motivate their innovative thinking.In the discussion part,a brief analysis on the operation results is made,aiming at helping students fully understand the essence of distillation operation and improve engineering practical ability.
