摘  要:为了获得嵌金属丝双燃速药柱沸腾高度及典型脱粘对发动机性能的影响,开展了药柱不同沸腾高度及典型脱粘对发动机推力变化计算。分析结果表明,在嵌金属丝情况下,沸腾高度影响着二级推进剂参与燃烧的时刻及过渡段内弹道性能变化。包覆层与药柱出现脱粘时发动机推力会出现异常,通过对试验数据进行反算验证,认为脱粘是导致推力突变的主要原因。该分析能为同类型发动机设计提供一定参考。In order to obtain the effects of boil height and typical debonding to SRM performances in dual burning rate grains with series of embedded metal wires,the numerical calculations have been carried out with different boil heights. The calculation results indicate that boil height not only affect the burning time of the second grain,but also affect the internal ballistics at transition moment. Through the converse calculation of the internal ballistics experiment data,debonding could be considered as the primary factor.The analysis could provide a certain consultant in SRM design.
