摘  要:甲醛作为室内空气污染的"三大隐形杀手"之一,现已被世界卫生组织列为致癌和致畸形物质,寻求有效的室内甲醛污染修复技术已成为研究的热点问题。研究通过密闭熏气实验,分析室内常见的8种植物在不同甲醛浓度条件下叶绿素含量的变化,进而揭示室内植物对甲醛污染的抗性强弱。结果表明:在1、2和3 mg/m3浓度甲醛胁迫下,金边虎尾兰叶绿素含量分别降低8.22%、9.29%、13.26%,其抗性能力最强;长寿花次之,叶绿素含量分别降低6.54%、9.65%、14.28%;幸福树叶绿素含量分别降低13.24%、28.30%、33.62%,其抗性能力最弱;红掌次弱之,叶绿素含量分别降低13.78%、20.42%、29.94%。综合评定结果表明:8种室内植物对甲醛污染抗性能力最强的是金边虎尾兰,长寿花次之,幸福树最弱,红掌次弱。As one of the "three invisible killers " of indoor air pollution,formaldehyde is now classified as carcinogenic and teratogenic by the World Health Organization. In this study,the changes of chlorophyll content in plants exposed to different levels of formaldehyde pollution were analyzed by closed-tube fumigation experiments to reveal the resistance of 8 indoor plants to formaldehyde pollution. The results show that under the formaldehyde stress of 1,2 and 3 mg/m3,the Sansevieria trifasciata var. laurentii chlorophyll content decreases by 8. 22%,9. 29% and 13. 26%respectively,with the strongest resistance ability; Kalanchoe blossfeldiana comes second 6. 54%,9. 65% and 14. 28% respectively. The content of chlorophyll of Radermachera sinica decreases by13. 24%,28. 30% and 33. 62% respectively,and the resistance was the weakest; the chlorophyll content of weak Authurium andraeanum decreased by 13. 78%,20. 42%,29. 94%. The results of comprehensive assessment show that the 8 indoor plants Sansevieria trifasciata var. laurentii has the strongest resistance to formaldehyde pollution,Kalanchoe blossfeldiana comes second,Radermachera sinica the weakest,Authurium andraeanum secondary weak.
