摘  要:以贵州喀斯特地貌地区土壤为材料,采用稀释平板法基于解钾细菌培养基从该地区中分离筛选鉴定出10株解钾细菌:SHD144K1(Pseduoxanthomonas japonensis)、SHD131K2(Paenibacillus illinoisensis)、ML280K1(Rhodococcus ruber)、ML289K1(Variovorax soli)、PT258K1(Pa.taichungensi)、GZ2K2(Rhizobium tropici)、GZ2K1(Burkholderia anthina)、GZ34K1(Bu.diffusa)、GZ4K1(Bacillus safensis)、GZ7K2(Cupriavidus necator)。其中PT258K1和GZ34K1在液体培养基中培养24 h后其解钾效率分别为10.36%和10.96%,表现出较高的解钾能力。盆栽试验结果表明:与不接种的对照玉米相比,接种PT258K1菌株15 d后,玉米的株高增加了23.69%、根长增加了28.18%、根表面积增加了17.34%、根体积无明显增加量,根系鲜重增加了2.76%和干重增加了3.11%;接种GZ34K1菌株15 d后,玉米的株高增加了28.42%、根长增加了149.12%、根表面积增加了144.02%、根体积增加了125.56%,根系鲜重增加了8.21%和干重增加了5.56%。Ten strains of potassium dissolving bacteria were isolated and identified by using the dilution plate method from soils in karst region, which were numbered SHD144 K1(Pseduoxanthomonas japonensis), SHD131 K2(Paenibacillus illinoisensis), ML280 K1(Rhodococcus ruber), ML289 K1(Variovorax soli), PT258 K1(Pa. taichungensi), GZ2 K2( Rhizobium tropici), GZ2 K1( Burkholderia anthina), GZ34 K1( Bu. diffusa), GZ4 K1( Bacillus safensis), and GZ7 K2(Cupriavidus necator). Among them, PT258 K1 and GZ34 K1 had higher potassium-releasing abilities, and their potassium-releasing efficiencies after liquid culture for 24 h were 10.36% and 10.96%,respectively. The results of pot experiments also showed that the height,root length, root surface area, fresh weight and dry weight of maize increased 23.69%, 28.18%, 17.34%, 2.76% and 3.11%, respectively, which compared to non-inoculated maize by inoculating with PT258 K1 strain 15 days later; Meanwhile, the same trend was also found by inoculating with GZ34 K1 strain 15 days later. That is, the height,root length, root surface area, root volume, fresh weight and dry weight of maize increased 28.42%, 149.12%, 144.02%, 125.56%, 8.21% and 5.56%,respectively, which compared to non-inoculated maize.
